This year’s Dress by Candlelight was Candlelight Ranch’s most successful fundraiser to date thanks to the support and hard work of many. Presented by Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC on Wednesday, October 22, the event was held at Brazos Hall in downtown Austin and began with an amazing VIP pre-party on the rooftop deck.

The 400+ guests were dazzled by our most successful live and silent auctions ever which included a first-ever moonlight zip line package, an in-home dinner party with private concert by Suzanna Choffel, and a stunning diamond tennis bracelet from Cedar Park Jewelers.

Ranch supporters enjoyed a fashion show produced by Julian Gold featuring pieces by acclaimed designer Austin Scarlett. Matt Wayne of Audience Generation surprised the audience with a special tribute to CLR’s hard working volunteers and trendy #DxC t-shirts.

The scrumptious food was provided by Black’s Barbecue, Jack Allen’s Kitchen, Odd Duck and Quality Seafood along with a host of other food purveyors. Cocktails featuring signature splashes from Dripping Springs Vodka and Jameson Whiskey kept whistles wet all evening long.

Dress by Candlelight is possible because of the tremendous generosity of many, including our sponsors, volunteers, supporters and partners, all of who come together to make good things happen for the children we serve. We are deeply grateful to everyone that contributed to our record-breaking gala.
